Specifications: The OPT2268AE is a dual-channel (2 Form A), high-current PhotoMOS SSR in a DIP-8 through-hole package. Each channel is a 1 Form A (SPST-NO) switch rated for 200mA at 60V AC/DC. Each channel features an 10Ω on-state resistance, provides 5000Vrms isolation, and switches with 100µs (on) and a very fast 40μs (off) time. It operates from -40°C to 85℃ with 1.2-1.5VDC input.
Application Scenarios: Designed for applications requiring two independent, high-current switches with excellent efficiency and isolation.
